Restorative Yoga is bliss for the nervous system, and will ease you out of that constant state of fight or flight and settle you into the space of being able to respond instead of react in your daily life.
Excellent for physical repair, injury prevention, emotional regulation, and trauma recovery this is a class completely appropriate and beneficial to almost everyone.
The challenge in Restorative Yoga is not physical, it is in the long quiet holds where we really meet ourselves.
We accept single class sign ups, or you may sign up with your membership/punch pass.
